Proposal 8

I think what is going on with proposal 8 is pretty wild. I will say that I am not for same sex marriage but for a state to once allow such a thing and then disallow it is quite ridiculous to me. These are people lives that are being affected. I cannot say that it is fair and alright to just come into someone's life and destroy what they have put time into and what is going on with them. This is another example of the inequalities of America and the way the government doesn't mind coming in and messing up peoples lives if they can get away with it. To me I didn't agree to allow same-sex marraiges in some areas in the first place. But to allow it and the processes that take place and for people to be in the middle of their lives and then have their lives dramatically changed the next day is just ridiculous to me and I feel its unethical.
