"Blindness"

While I am all for good entertainment, and I'm sure this movie, Blindness, is just that I believe that we should not aim to offend others and avoid it if at all possible. I feel that this movie, although it may have not aimed to do so it was successful in offending many people from a certain culture. I know that as an African-American if I see a movie that depicts my people inaccurately, especially negatively, that I would be offended. So I feel that it is right for some to get upset and for some to protest, because this movie only adds to the stereotypes that are already believed about blind people. In a sense this movie only makes it harder for blind people to be accepted in a society that already views blind people as an incapable people.
